I create figures and animals that come straight out of my imagination and make me want to laugh as I make them.

I work with earthstone clay, decorating each piece using various techniques, such as engobes, underglaze colours, or different types of glazes and firings.

Having spent much of my childhood in East Africa and Kuwait, I draw on these experiences to express a personal, creative, and contemporary vision in my work.
